I'm dealing with the same problem on matchbets.com. The platform was fantastic for three months, but then I got blocked out of nowhere. I put in a request to take out my funds, and since then, I've heard nothing back. They've got my cash! What a bunch of crooks!

Two months back, I put down $250 at Matchbets, an American bookmaker, and got a $250 bonus on top of that.

After completing the rollover requirements, I requested to withdraw my $1213 two weeks ago. Despite trying to reach out multiple times, I've heard nothing back. Now, when I log into the site, there's a message saying, "you can't place bets from your country, and we’ll be refunding all deposits in the next 3 to 4 weeks." That’s just not right. I initially deposited $250, but my balance hit $1,213 after meeting the rollover, all thanks to MY risk.

And let me tell you, "Megan" is far from helpful. She takes ages—like 2 or 3 days—to reply, and sometimes even longer.

Update: I've now got a lawyer based in Curacao on this. The Curacao gaming board is revamping their procedures and provided me with a list of lawyers from their "Dutch Caribbean legal portal."
